Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After shipping, cancellation is not possible, and the return process applies.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days, including processing and transit time.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return period?

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.

What condition must items be in for return?

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How and when will I receive my refund?

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval.

Can I exchange an item?
